Who Are We?

Champions Life Skills has evolved from an individual carer service with Sam Strada in 2017 to an incredible community that is only continuing to grow at a rapid pace – this is a testament to Sam’s incredible quality of support staff and the inclusive environment that Champions provide.

At Champions we are driven by giving young adults with additional needs the same opportunities and experiences as young adults their age. We specialise in unique, fun and engaging activities that encourage a healthy and positive lifestyle.

Our unique day programs, overnight respite, holidays, events and life skill sessions allow our Champions to learn social and life skills to connect with their community and create friendships of their own.

We face barriers head on and challenge our Champions to be the best versions of themselves in settings that are challenging, age appropriate and tailored to your Champions’ needs and interests.

We offer a unique door to door service with our mentors picking up and dropping off your Champion from your home whether you are based in the Central Coast, North Shore, Hills District or Western Sydney.
